The ability to effectively deal with and dole out criticism is an important life skill, and one that we all need to be fluent and effective with. For there will be a point in all of our professional careers (and personal lives) when we will be criticised, or be in such a position where we have to criticise the performance of another - it is inevitable.
Criticism comes in two forms, constructive and destructive. Being able to recognise the difference between the two can help you deal with any criticism that you may receive.
